Luke Nyeke - writer / producer

Brighton born/Manchester based Producer/DJ El Train is known for his ability to blend together Hip-Hop, R&B and Electronic beats with a signature soulful sound to be found on all of his productions.

With releases on labels such as Kitsune, Jakarta Records and Chillhop Music, El Train released his debut album 'Puzzles' in 2019 and this was followed up in 2021 with his second full length project ‘And Then We Woke Up’. 2023  saw the release of his first beat tape with Chillhop Music.

As a DJ he’s known for his eclectic sets having been recruited to play Glastonbury, Wildlife and a host of other festivals as well as shows across the UK and Europe with support slots for the likes of Snakehips, Bondax, Shay Lia, Jamz Supernova, Zak Abel, MSSINGNO and Mr Carmack. He performed a live show at Metropolis studios to celebrate his debut album alongside Clash Magazine.

On radio El Train has had support from BBC, 1xtra, MistaJam, Huw Stevens, DJ Target, BBC Intro, Complexion, Rinse FM, NTS, Reprezent Radio and Soulection DJ’s. Whilst he has also has his own radio show on Soho Radio for the last 4 years.

El. Train's list of collaborators includes Barney Artist, Pip Millett, Iyamah, Jerome Thomas, Zilo, KALLITECHNIS and Kudu Blue.
